Unfortunately, that’s how it is. This quote is taken from the series Mr. Robot, in which the lead role was played by the talented young actor Rami Malek.
The plot of the series revolves around a genius hacker, Elliot. Being a clear introvert (often typical for IT people), a global plan for redistributing the world economy and eliminating social inequality is brewing in his head. He lives in a world where everyone is dominated by transnational corporations. Which dictate absolutely all the rules of life and functioning of modern society (that reminds me of something). Such a state of affairs doesn’t suit many people, but only a few get the chance to influence anything. That’s exactly what the series is about.
The film has many merits, some of which are worth noting:
- Original camera work;
- An atypical plot;
- The use of existing (!!!) and modern IT systems and tools, whose operation is demonstrated in the series;
- A talented cast;
- Distinctive musical accompaniment 🙂
And much more. In general, if you’re interested, I recommend watching it.
